Beachfront apartment located on the second floor (without elevator), in front of a sandy beach. It boasts a small terrace with outdoor seating and sea view.
It consists of a living area and a sleeping area.
The living room-kitchen enjoys a panoramic view. It is furnished with a sofa bed (single), a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is furnished with induction plates, fridge, freezer and electric oven.
A bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with a hot / cold air conditioning system.

The accommodation is located in Donnalucata, a seaside hamlet 8 km from Scicli and Marina di Ragusa, in the south-eastern coast of Sicily, in the province of Ragusa.
Located just in front of the sandy beach of Donnalucata, near the main bars and restaurants.
It offers a great position to walk around the center and to the sea, but also to reach by car Marina di Ragusa, Sampieri and Punta Secca and the nearest baroque towns: Ragusa Ibla (30 km), Scicli (8 km), Modica (20 km).
The Irminio River Nature Reserve is 3 km away and the Pio La Torre di Comiso airport is 37 km away.
Rates include:
• weekly cleaning of the accommodation - (only for stays of least 2 weeks)
