Villa Pescara is a mansion with an agricultural business that lies in the hills at the edge of Pescara. It consists of an upper house with an entrance on the front where the owner lives. There are also two apartments (Limoncello and Ulivo) – each of which has a private terrace, private garden, and a breathtaking view over the olive groves, vineyards on the hills, the city of Pescara and the Adriatic Sea. Guests can also enjoy the sight of looming mountains like Gran Sasso (highest mountain of the Apennines at 2900 meters) and the Majella. The apartment being offered accommodates 4 people. There is an above-ground swimming pool that is shared with the owner and other guests and a trampoline. The villa has an olive grove, an organic vegetable and herb garden, and an ornamental garden where guests can enjoy the sun and the view. It's close to all the necessary facilities and at the same time, it is quietly located on a 12ha olive grove that surrounds the house. Within 10 minutes, guests can reach Pescara or Francavilla beach and it's a half hour drive from the ski areas. This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 6 years of age. The owner does not accept bookings for families with small children.
