Villa i Casares

Elegant stylish villa in a beautiful setting and slightly inland from Estepona, near Casares and the Sierra Bermeja Natural Park. An ideal destination for all seasons and ideal for families or groups who want to stay together in a magical environment. The villa offers tranquility, privacy and luxury and exudes a charming and warm atmosphere. There are three separate private living units with fully fitted kitchens. The individual living units are located in the extensive and lush garden where there is a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, and an indoor swimming pool with fitness equipment. The villa is spacious and extremely comfortable with 20 sleeping places (10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms) distributed over the main house with 12 sleeping places, the river apartment (referred to as guest house) 4 sleeping places and the separate guest house with also 4 sleeping places. The apartment is one level below the main house and is connected via a staircase. There are various private corners, terraces with lounge sets and a BBQ. The garden offers walking possibilities in and outside the gate of the estate. The garden has many authentic details, such as old baking ovens, rock formations and ruins of old buildings. The large outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by lawns with sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a covered area and barbecue facilities. The swimming pools can be heated for an additional fee (service costs per swimming pool) and you have to report this in time. The indoor swimming pool is in a separate building and has a sauna, shower and toilet. There are also catering options, which you must coordinate 2 weeks in advance. The villa is accessed via an unpaved road of 8 minutes (3 km) and an automatic gate that leads through a private driveway to a spacious open parking space and carport. In the evening there is security outside the site. The estate is close to Casares with nice bars and restaurants and within half an hour you are on the most beautiful beaches and bays of the Costa del Sol near Estepona. This splendid villa in Andalusia is ideal for a family. It can accommodate 20 guests and has 9 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for you to enjoy the best of your holidays. The closest restaurant is only 3 km for you to try some local delicacies. If you run out of essentials, the supermarkets are only 4 km. The living room has a fireplace for you to stay comfortable inside. Terrace or garden with garden furniture and sun loungers are in place for you to enjoy some outdoor times. Fitness equipment is available for you to burn out some extra calories. Heating and air conditioning are installed to offer you a comfortable stay. The nearest airport is 90 km from the villa.

Prices include
• linen and towels (2 bath 2 pool pp)
• pre- and after- clean
• a brief clean/swipe of the living areas and kitchen on the Tuesday afternoon
or Wednesday morning
• in case of a stay of two weeks or more a full midweek clean incl linen towel
change.
• Garbage disposal: in Spain you have to bring your garbage to special
collection areas. For normal holiday rentals we have arranged to pick up
garbage at the villa every other day; Tuesday morning/ Thursday afternoon
and on check-out of Saturday afternoon. This applies to normal amounts
and not for party’s or weddings.

If other groceries are wanted, a shopping list needs to be in our possession one
week before arrival. Shopping will be done at cost + € 30,-- euros per hour
shopping (usually one hour is sufficient). Payable at arrival.

Cleaning deposit
A cash deposit of 250 euro in cash is required at check in. This deposit will be
refunded at check/out if the villa is in normal condition. The property manager will
do a brief check on the state of the villa. This means no piles of dishes in the
kitchen, clean kitchen (oven-hob-microwave), BBQ and fireplaces free of charcoal,
no piles of garbage, all furniture (sunbeds) in its original position. Details about the
check/out can be found in the house manual.

Extra guests
The villa is designed for 20 guests. Only if an extra guest is a child of 7 years or
younger and can sleep in a junior bed (1.60x80) or a baby cot (120x60) we will
allow 2 kids at no charge. In all other situations charges apply. Please contact the homeowner through Belvilla to inform about the rates.

Early check-in/out:
We won't agree on early or partly check-ins. Cleaners really need the time to bring
the villa in perfect condition. So check-in is possible from 16.00 and check-out is at
10.00hrs.

Event fee:
If guests want to use the property to celebrate something (like a wedding/birthday
celebration/renewal of vows etc.) and the total amount of guests exceeds the 20
we will charge € 1500 euro event-fee. This is to cover extra cost on usage/trackrepair/
cleaning etc. Only one event day over 20 guests is allowed. Contact the
owner or property manager for specifics.

Events:
If an event is held at the villa with more than 20 guests it is not allowed to use the
villas glassware/plates/dishes/bowls/cutlery etc because all is for domestic use.
We know several suppliers and caterers who can help out with this.
