This 17th-century holiday home is located in the hills of the Marche, near the medieval town of Potenza Picena and the Conero Riviera. Having 6 spacious bedrooms and a large enclosed garden, it is an ideal stay for 12 persons. In the neighbourhood are also beautiful medieval villages you can visit including Potenza Picena. The villa is very close to the beach and you have a parasol and 2 sunbeds at a beach tent 5 km from the house. Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto and Parrocchia Di S. Anna Via Cristoforo Colombo, are points of interest located at 13 km and 8 km respectively. The interiors of the house have typical wooden beams and antique furniture, giving rustic feels. Its a picturesque terrace in the garden is perfect for eating outside together with a beautiful view. To access the house, you have to go through 100 of unpaved road. Only 1 pet is accepted on request.
