Villa i Moraira

Pleasant villa with well maintained interior. The view over Moraira and the coast is really magnificent. It's a lovely house with plenty of space inside as well as out on the terraces, giving you both sun and shade throughout the day. Besides the many terraces, you have a well-kept garden with palm trees, cypress and fruit trees (you can pick the oranges straight from the tree). Of course the private pool with Roman steps is available too. With breathtaking views you will undoubtedly want to explore the area. You can choose from a number of different towns: Moraira, Calpe (5 km) and Javea (8 km). All with fun shopping streets, good restaurants and a lively market. If you like to play golf, there are also several options. The nearest course is situated in Moraira itself: Golf Ifach (4 km), a beautifully situated nine hole golf course. The grocery store is 1.5 km away. A car drive through the beautiful mountainous hinterland of the Costa Blanca takes you through the Jallon Valley (20 km) to the idyllic Guadalest (40 km). From the castle you have a magnificent view of the mountains, the reservoir below and, with clear weather, even the coast.
