You are renting the whole villa, including its outside spaces. The villa is on a small complex of 12 villas and you share the pool and open space around it. We are excited to announce that our villa has had a complete re styling with light tiles throughout and tasteful lighting. The modernization adds a contemporary touch to the villa whilst retaining its traditional Mallorcean charm. The villa is extremely spacious, light and airy offering generous space for couples and families.
The ground floor has a wall mounted air-conditioned unit, 2 comfortable sofas and an IPTV television with many channels. There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom and coat cupboard that contains the safe. For indoor dining. there is a large dining table and 6 chairs.
The spacious fitted kitchen contains new appliances, including electric hob and eye level electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, tall fridge freezer and water softener.
The big terrace at the back of the property is accessed by doors from the dining room and the kitchen. Here, there is further seating at a rattan dining table with 6 chairs, or a separate sofa and 2 chairs.
Upstairs there is a huge double bedroom with a large, private sun terrace and twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and silent running air conditioning units. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, toilet and basin with vanity unit below. There is an electric extractor fan and heated towel rail.
The villa has gardens at front and back.

Can Botana is a quiet, private location in the beautiful, quiet resort of Cala San Vicente in North Mallorca. The complex is hidden in the pine trees with well-established gardens. There are 12 separate villas with access to a large, shared pool with plenty of sunbeds.
You can see the mountains and the sea from the villa and to walk to the resort takes a couple of minutes. There are 3 lovely beaches, the nearest one at Cala Molins has lifeguards during the high season. There are sunbeds and brollies to hire here and kayaking and diving available.
Around the bay there is a selection of good bars and restaurants including the beach bar at Cala Molins, Bar Mallorca, La Tasca, Modesto, Bar Marinas.
Nearby Puerto Pollensa is accessible by bus, car or a walk over the hills if you are feeling energetic (takes about an hour)! There is the Pine Walk with lots of bars and restaurants, a shallow bay for swimming, boat trips and Wednesday market. In the other direction is the old town of Pollensa, worth a visit for the local market on a Sunday or to climb the 365 steps to the monastery.
Further afield are Alcudia, Formentor, Port de Soller and many more places to explore.

Please note, once your booking is made I will need to ask you for some additional information as we now need to register all our tourist activity with the local authority (as you would if you were staying in a hotel) in order to comply with the stipulations of our tourist license. I will be asking for such things as passport details and names of all adults over 16, along with the lead guests home address.
