The house is built against a slope, which means that the entrance to the home is situated on the top floor. The holiday home features a high-quality Wellness area for communal use, which features a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and comfortable loungers. In the winter and just a short distance from the house lies a beginner's ski slope with a ski lift and the departure point of the free ski bus to the vast and renowned Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberburnn skiing area. Cross-country skiing, hiking, tobogganing or a wonderful sleigh ride are all possible within the direct vicinity. In the summer, the Glemmtal features ample hiking and mountain biking possibilities and many activities are organised. You can also visit the beautiful town of Salzburg or Zell am See.
