This villa has plenty of privacy, a large enclosed garden (1500 m2), a covered terrace and a private heated swimming pool. There are beautiful panoramic views over the Minervois valley with its rolling vineyards and the Montagne Noire in the background. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Escales has a historic centre, with narrow streets and many old houses, which give it a cosy and typical atmosphere. Within walking distance of the villa you will find a bakery and a grocery shop, where you can pick up fresh croissants in the morning. Around the house there is a well-kept garden (1500 m2) with all kinds of Mediterranean plants and a private swimming pool * which can be generously heated * measuring 4 x 8 metres (1.20 to 1.80 m deep). The heated pool allows you to enjoy a pleasant pool water temperature all year round. There is a large private poolside terrace and a covered terrace with a luxurious lounge set and hammock. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers and a separate seating area to enjoy the magnificent views over the Minervois valley. Of course, there is a stone barbecue (charcoal) for preparing the tastiest dishes. The garden is completely enclosed and ideal for your holiday in the sun with a dog. Escales is a village in the heart of the beautiful Minervois wine region. The village has a historic centre with narrow streets and many old houses.
