Lejligheden, der ligger i stueetagen, blev fuldstændig renoveret i 2019 og har moderne møbler. Den elegant møblerede stue, det moderne køkken og det moderne badeværelse er blot nogle få eksempler. Fra stuen er der adgang til haven og mulighed for at nyde omgivelserne fra den solbeskinnede terrasse. Begge soveværelser er møbleret med en dobbeltseng, og et af soveværelserne har også en køjeseng. Parkering er tilgængelig mod et gebyr.

Store skisportssteder som St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waidring-Steinplatte og Ellmau-Scheffau ligger i umiddelbar nærhed. Et lille, familiedrevet skiområde ligger direkte i Kirchdorf. Om sommeren kan du udforske de mange vandre- og mountainbike-stier. Wellnesscentret Kaiserquell ligger lige ved siden af lejligheden, og ostemejeriet Wilder Käser ligger kun en kort gåtur derfra. De kildevandede fiskedamme i det nærliggende Schwendt tilbyder fiskesjov for hele familien. Der er også en indendørs og udendørs swimmingpool samt tennisbaner.

We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our apartment "Jäger" in Tyrol. Enjoy the alpine cosiness and atmosphere in our newly renovated and completely newly furnished apartment. We have designed the apartment with much effort and attention to detail. We hope that you will find your perfect holiday in this stunning location. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (with a total of 6 beds), a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. Additionally there is an underground parking space for your car. In addition, there is a public parking lot about 200 meters away. 

In winter you will find many large ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau nearby, which can easily be reached by ski bus. The ski bus leaves from the main street on the corner of Café Hautz. Alternatively, just open the front door to find a cross-country ski run.

In summer the fantastic mountains invite you to go hiking. Directly in front of our apartment "Jäger" you can start to the impressive Kaiserbachtal and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more relaxed pastime we recommend a visit to the cheese dairy "Wilder Käser", just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fishing fun for the whole family is provided by the fishponds "Quellfisch" in nearby Schwendt. Shopping fun you can find at the high-end boutiques in Kitzbühel. In both summer and winter, it makes an excellent base for exploring the Kitzbühel Alps. You may unwind in the garden or on the sun-drenched terrace and set up barbeques. Look forward to the impressive mountains amid the Kitzbühel Alps. You will find in the vicinity Nature Park with alpacas, llamas, ponies, sheep, rabbits, donkeys and goats. Ellmie's Magic World in Ellmau in Tyrol is also a great place to visit. Enjoy the annual Hahnenkamm race in the elegant winter sports resort of Kitzbühel. You can indulge in hiking, cycling and rock climbing in Salzburg, which is more than a city of Mozart and is the UNESCO World Cultural City. Gut Kramerhof and Pointenhof are good restaurants. Kaiserquell Wellness Center in Kirchdorf is best for a sauna, steam bath, manual therapy and has a pool with giant slides. Nespresso machine is available. Washing machine has to be paid on site (not for free) Kufstein-Langkampfen Airport is 37 km away.
