Eco Villa Valencano is a special holiday home with private pool and is located on the edge of an olive grove, near the village of Bale. Here, olives are ecologically cultivated. The last 2.5 km you drive over an unpaved path to your holiday home. Thanks to the secluded location, you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy; there are no neighbours here, except two dogs who watch over the olive groves on a separate fenced area. There are many facilities on the property such as a swimming pool with sunbeds, jacuzzi, basketball court, jeu de boules court, swing, table tennis and table football. A wonderful place for you and the children! The outdoor kitchen with covered terrace offers shade and is a great place for lunch or dinner. The holiday home has its own water reservoir (not drinking water) and electricity is supplied by means of solar panels and a private generator that is located in a separate and soundproofed room. Eco Villa Valencano consists of a main house and a guest house, each with its own entrance. In the main house (100 m²) you will find a kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The guest house (30 m²) has a small kitchen, a bedroom with four beds and a bathroom. The popular cities of Rovinj and Pula are approximately a half hour’s drive away and you're also in the right place here for a day to the beach.
