Villa in small village Kavalos over Kournas lake, the only natural lake on Crete. Few minutes' drive from the heart of the scenic fishing town of Georgioupolis. The villa is built in 2 levels. On the outside, the crystal heated private pool is surrounded by a lush garden looking out to the view of the nearby Lake and the Cretan sea. The pool with children section is exclusive and the poolside and garden offer spots both of cool shade and radiant light, as well as privacy and view. Light and views of green and blue enter through the villas windows. Cretan Sunrise Villa is a 180 sq.m two level villa which is surrounded by a large 1,6 acres plot, spacious terraces with spellbinding views and a wonderful swimming pool. The living and dining areas combine simplicity and sumptuousness. The villa provides 3 bedrooms and a loft that can host from 1 to 11 guests, making it the perfect place for luxury and thoroughly comfortable accommodation in Kavalos/Kournas Lake. A combo bedroom with loft. This bedroom is ideal for families with children. The bedroom has a large bathroom, a Queen size double bed, a wooden stair who leads to the loft. The loft offers a double bed plus a single bed.

BY PLANE: There are two international airports on the island: in Chania and in Heraklio. DISTANCES Chania Airport: 50 km (45 min. drive to Kournas/Kavalos village). Souda Port of Chania: 25 km (20min. drive to Kournas/Kavalos village). Heraklio Port or Airport: 106 km (90 min. drive to Kournas/Kavalos village). From Chania airport or Souda port: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno. Take the highway. Upon reaching Georgioupoli (after 31.8 km) at the sign Kournas Lake turn right following the signs to Kavalos Tavern. Drive carefully for another 3.4 km. When you reach the Kavalos Tavern just opposite you will see Cretan Sunrise villa. From airport or harbour of Heraklio: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno – Chania. Take the highway. Pass all the exits to Rethymno and continue, headed in the direction Chania. After 101km driving turn left following the signs for Kournas Lake and Kavalos Tavern. Drive carefully for another 3.4 km. When you reach the Kavalos Tavern just opposite you will see Cretan Sunrise villa.
