This is a luxurious 4-bedroom holiday home in 't Zand. Located next to the oldest mill in Netherlands, it is surrounded by beautiful bulb fields. It is ideal for groups of friends. Behind the house is the biggest duck decoy in the area in the shape of a large group of trees; this attracts many birds and is a wonderful place for birdwatchers. You can go to the beach in Callantsoog 7 km away. You can visit the characteristic village of Oudesluis by boat (not available on the spot, to take with you or rent in the village). Do you love cheese? Then a trip to the Dutch Cheese Museum in Alkmaar is highly recommended. There is a supermarket only 2.5 km from the home. The house is tastefully decorated. The garden is a true paradise. From the Indonesian garden house, you can enjoy the fantastic view. There'a a trampoline, and a football field. There also is a lovely patio for barbecues. There is an open fire in the garden where you can enjoy cosy evenings. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is 68 km away.
