This newly built villa in Dubrovnik has 2 bedrooms where a family of 4 can stay comfortably with children. There is a shared swimming pool and air conditioning to relax.In the vicinity lies Korcula island, Ston, Mostar - BIH, and Montenegro to explore. A must visit attraction is the Elaphite islands in Dubrovnik. One hour drive will take you to Peljesac peninsula with famous vineyards and wild beauty. All necessities like beach, supermarket, restaurants, and cafes are in walkable distance.The home has a balcony on the second floor to enjoy the views after your meals. The living-dining room has a TV and radio to relax with air conditioning. The bedrooms are in the second floor with 2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower for comfort. You can enjoy time outdoors in the terrace or garden with furniture. There is also a parasol to relax. You can check-in between 5-8 pm and check-out between 10 am - 12 pm.

Owner of the Villa lives with his family in the same house where the apartment AnnaMaria is located. Welcome drinks in the fridge are available to dear guests. The apartment is always kept excellent maintained and perfectly clean. Owners are always available for help or to provide any information guests may need during their stay.
