Behind the house is a beautiful, clear view of fields and forests. The children can enjoy playing on the slide and swing. From your house you can take the most beautiful hikes and bike rides through the radiant countryside. Interesting are the impressive castle of Fenelon (20 km) and Eyrignac gardens (6 km), the gem of French garden architecture, that are part of the 'château'. Touristy Sarlat-la-Caneda (18 km) is a beautiful medieval town with shops, cozy cafes and excellent restaurants. Further afield are the famous caves of Lascaux (24 km) and the beautiful town of Gourdon where you will find many ancient sites. The historic Rocamadour is excellent for a wonderful day trip (44 km).
