This villa with private swimming pool is located on the edge of the village of Barat, not far from Višnjan. Well-known seaside resort Poreč is 15 km away. You'll be staying in 1,500-m2 private, enclosed grounds, which incorporate a well-maintained garden, an olive grove, a volleyball/basketball/badminton court, swimming pool and covered terrace with outdoor kitchen. The villa offers some stunning views across the vineyards, surrounding woodlands and the sea in the distance! The interior consists of a nice mix of modern and robust, antique furniture. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with open fireplace, lounge area and dining table. The patio doors really bring in the outdoors. There's also a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The first floor features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
