Villa Patty is a detached villa with private pool and is located near the Croatian / Slovenian border on the outskirts of the village of Kastel. This area is known for good restaurants and konoba's (typical Istrian taverns), bicycle and hiking trail Parenzana, delicious olive oil and wine and the famous delicacy: the white truffle! The pebble beach at the Kanegra resort is 9 km away (you can use a free entrance during your holiday). You'll have a well maintained garden with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with covered terrace with dining table, BBQ, separate toilet, outdoor shower, table tennis, table football, 4 bikes and a second covered terrace at your disposal. The villa is air-conditioned. In the basement you will find a rustic tavern with a large table, fireplace, billiard table and a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a living room with sitting area and fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and balcony.
