Villa Genia is a beautiful newly built country villa which is located on the secluded ground in the oak forest near the village of Katun - green interior of Istria, about 12 kilometers from Porec and its beaches. The house was built and furnished with quality rustical furniture in 2013 and is situated in a garden of 1000 m2. At the partially fenced plot with maintained lawn, guests of Villa Genia have access to private parking for three vehicles, outdoor pool area of 24 m2 with sun loungers, outdoor shower, a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque.
