"Le Bolet" is a traditional detached villa, built in 2011, with heated private swimming pool and a phenomenal view. The rooms in this well maintained villa are all decorated with love and attention, and because of that the house exudes the atmosphere of a private home rather than that of a holiday home. The bedrooms have good divan beds and two of the three bedrooms even have a TV with international channels. The living room with the large fireplace, the spacious sitting area and the dining area are very nice, but if all goes well you'll probably be outside a lot. The location of this villa will give you the true holiday feeling; from your living room you walk straight into the beautifully landscaped south-facing garden or onto the covered terrace. Under the canopy you can eat, drink and have a BBQ in a sheltered place; and because the terrace is illuminated, you can enjoy the summery atmosphere until the wee hours. The swimming pool is fenced as a safety measure for the children; it's located in the middle of the romantic garden with fragrant lavender, hydrangeas and roses. From your own terrace you have a view of two beautiful lakes, a challenging golf course and two magnificent castles.
