This modern chalet is situated in the village on a sunny slope. The ski lift is 100 m from the chalet and summer hiking trails start at the front door. Furthermore, it dominates the summer of many lakes, spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The restaurants are only 100 m away. The property is completely furnished and equipped. There are two bathrooms; one is with a steam shower and a sauna, and one with a whirlpool. The living room has a cosy fireplace and the kitchen is equipped with an oven. The ski boots warmer stands in a corner. In summers, you can barbecue in the garden and enjoy the sun. A high chair and children's bed is for the comfort of the little guests.
