LUXURY FAMILY VILLA PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS

The villa boasts a huge private swimming pool, surrounded by a manicured garden with beautiful Cycas (Palm Trees) and the most colorful flowers. There is a covered gallery and a perimetral motorized awning, for further comfort.

A professional bbq is available and a large table and chairs is set up under the gallery, so that you can enjoy your meals admiring the Mediterranean and the spring and summer fireworks from our neighbour town, Fuengirola.

Shops, supermarkets and some excellent restaurants are all within a 2-10 minute radius (by car) of the villa and the famous millionnaire's port of Puerto Banus, as well as the enchanting old town of Marbella, are but a short drive away.
Must-see places such as Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Marbella and many others can all be visited in one day since they too are within easy reach of the villa.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:
There are three double bedrooms, all of them with with 2 single beds, which could be set together or separate. A large sofa in the living room could ocassionally be used for the typical Spanish "siesta" (nap).

Bathrooms:
One full bathroom and a toilet are available for all occupants of the villa. There is also a full bathroom with bath tub and shower plate plus dressing room ensuite with the master bedroom.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is absolutely fantastic! It is fully equipped for long and short term rentals. Appliances include: electric oven, stove, large fridge with freezer below, microwave, toaster, Nesspresso coffe machine, and several small appliances and kitchenware.

Living Room and Dining Room:
Views are almost everything in the Costa del Sol and the living room and dining room in this luxury villa are no exception. The living room has 2 large 3-seat sofabeds overlooking the Mediterranean. The dining space has a table and seats six people comfortably.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Clean linen and towels are included upon arrival. Cleaning services are included once a week. Additional laundry and maid services can be arranged with anticipation.

Two independent apartments also available!
The house has two independent apartments which can be rented with the main villa only, adding 6 to 8 additional beds total. One has two bedrooms and an 30 m2 amazing terrace with sea views, and the other one has a single bedroom. Each one has one bathroom with shower cabin. Please ask for details.

For the more sporty holiday-maker, many of the Costa's famous golf courses and tennis clubs are within a 10 to 15 minute drive of the villa and watersport facilities such as diving, sailing, water-skiing, etc. abound along the coast.

In the winter, a trip to the Sierra Nevada mountains can have you snow-skiing in the morning with a round of golf in the afternoon or a relaxing sun-bathe by your own private pool.
